Welcome to the fanlisting for the
character of ROARKE in the J.D. Robb "In Death" Book Series. One
of the sexiest written characters I've ever enjoyed .... Roarke is the tall,
dark & handsome Irish entrepeneur husband of Lieutenant Eve Dallas, the
"In Death" heroine. We meet him in the first book ... and fell in
love with his character when he first saved a button off Eve's tattered suit.
Over the next 20+ books we get to learn more and more about Roarke's past
and enjoy seeing him fall more and more in love with Eve .... it's a great
romantic, mystery and comedy book series.
I've chosen actor Gerard Butler to represent Roarke for this fanlisting ... he has the look of Roarke and I think he gives an air of sophistication and definite sexiness with a layer of danger just beneath the surface ... just like our man Roarke!
